"Pros: Great situation, close to the city centre and easy to reach from the train station. Wonderful breakfast, nice lobby, great ambiance, friendly staff. Nice surprise that there was a basic kitchen corner in the room, although we did not need to use it. Very comfortable beds, clean sheets, towels. Nice to have the towel dryer in the bathroom. Cons: The room was a bit too simple, it seemed as if it was a student dorm building earlier. The wardrobe at the entrance door was quite poor and not cleaned before our arrival (breadcrumbs in the drawers, etc). The space behind the shower curtain was very narrow, quite unpleasant when the curtain sticks on my wet body when taking a shower. The shower-toilet solution (same small room, same floor level, so everything gets wet) is not too practical, even if I know this is quite usual in Sweden. We got a room with a view to the Linné garden's "backyard", which gave a sad impression. The garden itself is closed for the public, only available with special guides." ~Eszter

"Pros: - The apartment was perfect for a short stay. Checkin was supereasy. - Located in a nice area, 15 min walking from the train station and right above a really good Italian restaurant (Basilico). Supermarket is also a short walk away. - The kitchen was fine, bathroom a bit dark but everything worked and we liked the shower. - Lovely view over the botanical garden and close to the water! - We had a late flight home and were able to stay in the apartment a few hours past checkout, which was really amazing. Thanks again! Cons: - The small bedroom didn't have a nightstand or nightlight, would have been an easy/cheap upgrade. The curtains were a bit shabby and falling apart, didn't keep out very much light so bring a sleeping mask if you're sensitive to that! - The walls are thin and you can hear the sounds from the street below so earplugs are also recommended.
