"Pros: We had a very pleasant stay. All the staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our visit. Although there was a small issue with our apartment upon arrival, the team handled it quickly and efficiently. The dinner service was excellent—both the food and the atmosphere—and the staff were especially sweet and attentive to our 1.5-year-old son. The gym area was well-equipped and a nice bonus, and the breakfast was truly outstanding: beautifully presented, very clean, and the staff were impressively quick at clearing tables and maintaining the space. Overall, we felt very well taken care of.
Cons: While the overall experience was great, there were a couple of areas that could be improved. I had expected a bit more from the spa facilities—the outdoor pool had a fantastic view and was very nice, but the indoor area felt underwhelming. I did notice some ongoing work, so perhaps it will improve once renovations are complete. The house we stayed in was functional and had everything we needed, but it’s starting to show signs of age and could benefit from some updates."
