Accomodation

Surrounded by nature, next to Lake Sommen, this hostel has a large garden, a fully equipped communal kitchen and a private bathing area. WiFi access is free. All rooms at Solviken Tranås Hostel have a washbasin. Toilets and showers are shared. Hostel Solviken’s common room features a selection of games, books and magazines, while the garden provides plenty of space for various activities. Bicycles and canoes can be rented on site. It also has a bicycle storage and service room. Shops and restaurants are available in Tranås, 20 minutes' drive from the hostel. The Asby Alpin ski slopes are 8 km away, while cross-country ski trails are found just outside the hostel.

Bed linen and towels are not included. You can rent them on site or bring your own. You can clean before check-out or pay a final cleaning fee.

Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).
Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.
Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for SEK 100 per person per night when using an available cot. Children up to and including 3 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. Children from 4 years old to 15 years old stay for SEK 145 per person per night when using an existing bed. People 3 years old and over stay for SEK 145 per person per night when using an available extra bed. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
