"Pros: Everything is just amazing over there and the host is nothing more than a perfect and helpful gentleman. Cons: Having to clean after your stay including defrosting freezer and dusting TV an lights, plus mopping all floors and shaking rugs. I'm on vacation and not on a cleaning training. I agree in leaving the place organised and all dishes washed, but don't make me do the owners job. This is why I pay to stay at a place. Plus, make it clear before reservation and not at time of arrival. On the other hand the bathroom wasn't as clean as demanded at departure and the hot water was smelling super bad. But all this disappears as soon you look out the window." ~Thorsten

"Pros: The location is very good, basically in the city centre and by the lake. It was very quiet, I got a nice night sleep. The room had everything, including a small desk and several power plugs. I was very happy to have a coffee machine available at all times in the kitchen and some choice of snacks for purchase. Cons: The bathroom was a bit tiny, perfectly fine for me, but I think a taller person might have some issues. It would have been nice to have some pastry for breakfast, but the warm bread was very nice." ~Alena
