"Pros: The resort itself was amazing. Newly built, modern cabin in an amazing location. Cons: The room was not clean... It's a real disappointment to come to such a lovely place with a beautiful view and then have to confront a pile of cigarette butts on the balcony and smelly toilets.... We pointed it out to the staff and they apologized, saying they were fully booked the night before due to the Överkalix Arctic Ultra race, but still... We ended up cleaning the toilet ourselves...." ~Orily

"Pros: I stayed at the Överkalix Kalixälven Lodge in Jockfall for one night and was very satisfied with the experience. The house is a typical Swedish-style home — charming and well maintained, with a clean and cozy interior. The fully equipped kitchen and washing machine were very convenient, even for a short stay. The surrounding nature is absolutely stunning, and the outdoor amenities like the terrace, balcony, and garden really added to the charm. I appreciated the peaceful setting and the easy access to outdoor activities. The check-in was smooth, the WiFi worked perfectly, and the free parking was a big plus.
