"Pros: Very good location, half board offered in the room price (important in the winter time), nice atmosphere in the lobby. Cons: The reception personal said, we got an upgrade of our room but in reality the room looked the same as on the pictures while booking. So no upgrade noticed. Paying 300 kr for a dog is a lot, also comparing with a room price incl. HB but in 2 other hotels of Clarion were some facilities offered (bowls, snacks etc.). We informed the hotel about an additional guest while making a reservation months before our arrival." ~Adriana
