"Pros: Kalmar is a beautiful little city. It is old so it is confusing to get around. The hotel is in a cool historic building in the heart of the old town on a square. Good people watching. I was on the second floor. It was easy to take the stairs right next to my room to get to the lobby.
Cons: There is no parking, which is understandable but be prepared to walk several block for a parking spot - on the other side of the train station so you had to walk around it. I arrived on Sunday and the dining room was not open that day which surprised me."
