"Pros: The hotel’s location was excellent, conveniently situated next to the lifts. Lunch in the restaurant was deliciuos. Cons: The room itself was decent, but unfortunately, the cleanliness was not up to standard. I found used contact lenses on the floor and a red wine stain on the bedside table, which was quite disappointing. Additionally, I was surprised that all the messages we received, the hotel’s digital displays, and even the restaurant menus were only in Swedish. There was no English option anywhere, which made me wonder whether the hotel welcomes guests from abroad. A more inclusive approach to language would certainly enhance the experience for international visitors." ~Henna
