"Pros: Comfy room Ready when I got there Cons: The hotel was extremely busy due to a pop concert I think. I had my breakfast in the dining room but the tables were very close together I caught my leg on the arm of the dining chair which protruded quite a bit and I have a rather nasty bruise" ~Christine

"Pros: The unlimited free fika in the lobby was a very unexpected and nice touch. Also the bathroom in our room was in a much better state than we expected based on the photos in the listing. Cons: The mattresses were too soft for us, but that's a matter of personal taste." ~David
