This charming holiday home is located within a scenic and peaceful
surrounding, in the edge of Malmköpning with lake view, bridge and a
private boat.
The holiday home has a spacious sleeping loft, one double bed along with
two simple beds in alcoves (one of these are 140cm wide). This is a
perfect holiday home for those who wants peace, quiet and likes to be in
the nature. There are several fine hiking trails in the area, and if you
would like to fish it can be done from the bridge or boat. The owner provides a fishing a license for SEK 200 per week.
There is also a unique craft which you can rent, an electric motorized
raft which you can use to silently glide around in the lake. You will
also find the wood burning stove next to the bridge, which is shared
with the other guests.
The holiday home is located at the end of the road. There is a training
golf hole on the plot for those who like hit a few balls before going to
the track. The neighbor arranges hunting tours for those who like to
hunt; many hunters come here to hunt wild boar, deer and elk.
This holiday home is a good starting point for excursions on bike or car
to discover the scenic Södermaland. In Södermaland you can find many
castles and mansions, ancient monuments and many beautiful lakes.
There are plenty of hiking/bike and canoe trails in the area.
A unique tourist attraction is the museum in Malmköpning where you can
see several old wagons from several Swedish cities which had tramways
during the 1900s.
There are several interesting museums in the nearby area, for example:
the castle of Sparreholm with one of the finest car and jukebox
collations, the Malmaheds museum where you can follow Malmköpings
development from the Stone Age to the royal Södermaland regiments
inception and the old village in Vrå.
In Turebergsgrottan the whole family can climb in the fault line which
has created passages and chambers in the mountain.
