"Pros: Location is great although you have to take into account that it is self serving and the next supermarket is some kilometers away. The property was very clean, parking was not an issue at the front of the house. The issues I did not like can all be fixed with a bit of thought and investment, and can potentially make this a very good rental property. Cons: At first glance the property has all you need. But there are points which make a positive assessment difficult: The photo's of the inside of the property are near-fisheye and paint over the fact that this house is a renovated 2-story garage with all the necessary equipment, and way smaller than the photo's suggest. The bedroom/livingroom is connected to the kitchen/bathroom via very steep stairs, so a person with disabilities should avoid this property. A renovation with a bit of love would not be a bad idea. Sleeping in theory is for 4 persons (1 sleeping sofa, a bunk bed with lower small mattress for 2, and 1 upper mattress for 1 person), but if you travel with only adults you will find that the upper bed is utterly unsafe for higher weights. The bathroom is a joke with the toilet placed so close under the sink that it is nearly unusable for tall or obese travelers, and the shower being very small with a moldy curtain. The booking process via booking.com was simple (as always), but what then followed was a mass of emails from an agency (apparently in Germany) renting this property out with somewhat complex and confusing instructions, and the advertised final cleanup service did not exist for this property so we cleaned ourselves. In my view this is a property for private booking but should not be on a website like booking.com. As mentioned above, we adjusted our expectations and that worked fine for us but I will not come back." ~Wuelkere
