"Pros: Central location. Did not meet any staff but they responded to phone calls. ground floor room was great. Very clean and great view to garden and canal. Fantastic location in old town. Good kitchen and clean shared bathrooms. Cons: Did not feel like a hostel to me. No people to check in and no orientation. Felt distant from the community. When I went into town it was friendly and hostel facilities were good but nobody to communicate with face to face at the hostel.The museum people next door were great to deal with and so were the people at the church." ~Sally
