"Pros: 1. Location 2. Size of apartment 3. Almost 2 bedrooms 4. Kitchen + appliances 5. Decent washroom 6. Access to garden We liked the apartment overall. It is located almost on a beachfront. The seaside is very nice for watching sunset. The neighborhood is peaceful. This apartment is spawned off from a bungalow. Newly constructed so you might find some work unfinished but that doesn't affect the stay. The have 1 queen sized bed and another is a improved sofa bed which has sleep 1 adult/teen. So you can spend quality and peaceful time with your family here. Cons: Everything is alright, expect a minor issues that can be ignored. There are something that you might be aware that this house is slightly far from the city however then you get a peaceful and green environment. The big bed wasn't very comfortable for me." ~Mohit
