"Pros: could get my car charged, though 100 SEK for two days for a PHEV is a bit high. The breakfast was good with everything you need.
Cons: The room needs better circulations, there was bad smell when we were there initially." ~Andy
"Pros: Many beds to sleep on for a large group. Bathrooms had some toiletries and warm water was nice. Kitchen is well equipped for large group.
Cons: The apartment could be more clean. There were hairs on beds" ~Chitralekha
"Pros: It's a fairly big property, and the location is OK with shops and stuff nearby. Parking available right at the door.
Cons: Do you like sleeping in rooms that are never cold? Or sleeping in bright rooms? Well, in this case you can have both since the AC is broken (and has been for months according to other comments) and none of the rooms (except the living room, weirdly enough) have blackout curtains, and since during the summer it's never really dark outside, you'll have to sleep with the sun shining on you, or wait until after 1am when it's dusk. You could open a window, but the mechanisms are kinda broken so you have to wrestle with it every time, and even then the outside air is warmer anyway. There's a conservatory next to the living which is nice, other than the fact that in the summer it's basically a greenhouse so it's even hotter than the rest of the house.
The property itself needs a lot of maintenance - exposed wired, unfinished doors, limescale in the bathroom etc. Wifi is terrible, there's only 1 access point at the front door, but the property is upstairs and the living room is all the way on the other side of the house so you'll get a sliver of wifi, at best. Host will insist it's 100mbit which is true, provided you are standing in the utility room next to the entrance.
Oh, and before you leave, make sure you follow the 20 step cleaning instructions including scrubbing the bathroom, wiping down kitchen cabinets, shaking out the carpets and cleaning out the oven/microwave." ~Szilard
