"Pros: A good breakfast with a lot of choice, including separate gluten free section. Friendly and helpful staff who provided service with a smile. Guest lounge with free tea/ coffee/ fruit where friends could wait for you. Cons: The steps at the front door up to reception could have done with something to help you pull your luggage up like ‘ramp rails’. The automatic front door was helpful." ~John
