"Pros: - The hotel is set in a breathtaking location, surrounded by nature and ideal for relaxing; - The restaurant food is excellent—flavourful and well-prepared; and - The rooms are comfortable and perfectly acceptable for a pleasant stay. Cons: - Reception service was extremely poor: no one answered repeated calls, and issues had to be reported in person; - The first room we were assigned had a broken air conditioner, which should have been checked before arrival; - We were moved to a noisy room with no offer of upgrade, even though better rooms were still available online; - Breakfast was basic and did not reflect the quality of the other meals; and - The hotel never replied to an email I sent more than two weeks ago, yet later requested a review—without addressing any of my concerns." ~Nanci
