"Pros: I think this is perfectly situated in Longyearbyen - a short walk from all the shops, cafes and restaurants as well as the museums. The communal areas were very comfortable as was our suite.
Cons: The coffee at breakfast was really awful… they should provide decent coffee with the included breakfast.
The system of having to wait outside in the cold for tours doesn’t really work. Often we had to wait 15 minutes or so and somehow it would be better to wait inside and have a failsafe way of knowing which particular tour guide has arrived."
