"Pros: Staff so welcoming. Helped us out with tips and very forthcoming on special request. Also the building, heritage location. Cons: Bathroom and toilets are downstairs - except for the Hendrik Suite - which is especially nice with balcony with comfy chairs. Also small kitchenette" ~Merel
