Dużo użytecznych udogodnień: szybki przelewowy ekspres do kawy, toster, duży solidny grill, suszarka do włosów, żelazko, nowoczesny, prosty w obsłudze i wydajny kominek. Spora ogrodowa działka, szczelnie ogrodzona; blisko domu trawnik, dalej pozostawiona naturalna, łąkowa roślinność. Piękne stare drzewa owocowe. Dom położony we wsi, w dosyć gęstej zabudowie, ale mimo wszystko jest to miejsce spokojne i ciche, odpowiednie dla ludzi szukających relaksu w sielskiej atmosferze. Ładna mała plaża nad jeziorem w odległości 10 minut spacerem, często zupełnie pusta (w maju) - trzeba iść kawałek dalej drogą i pod koniec wsi skręcić w prawo, za budynkiem o numerze 105.
