It has five bedrooms, a living room with a fireplace and a large flat-screen TV with a DVD Player and cable channels, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room and a bathroom with a separate toilet. The spa bath is divided from the living room by a glass wall. The grounds of the property feature outdoor deckchairs, a large barbecue and outdoor furniture. There is a playground for children – with a sandbox, a swing, a house with a slide and a children’s swimming pool. It is 150 metres to Garbas Lake, 4 km to Sawinda Wielka Lake and 15 km to the town of Ełk.
