"Pros: 1. We were warmly welcomed by the hotel administrator — the human touch really made a difference. 2. The room was clean and tidy, with white linens and towels. 3. Room included a hairdryer and shower gel, which was convenient. 4. Room was quiet, bright, and spacious. 5. The mattresses were extremely comfortable. Cons: 1. The hotel provides misleading information regarding breakfast. The website states breakfast costs €7 but has a 100% discount — implying it’s free. In reality, it has to be paid, and no one clarified this at check-in. We only found out the next morning. 2. The hotel lacked basic supplies like coffee and milk. I’m not sure whose oversight this was, but the owners should take care of such essentials in advance — guests may end up without breakfast or even a cup of coffee. In this situation, the administrator tried to make up for it by offering us dessert and a jug of juice, which we appreciated, thx!. 3. If the hotel chooses to keep animals on the premises, it would be more humane to provide them with a larger, more comfortable living space rather than a small tank. I feel sad looking at a lonely turtle in a small aquarium in 2025. 4. Room could use some minor renovation: repainting windowsills and walls, and updating the air conditioner would make a big difference." ~Lubov

"Doskonały. Darmowy parking, dobre WiFi, smaczne śniadanie. Rozsądna cena. Lokalizacja jest wygodna, ale chyba tylko dla przyjeżdżających w interesach z własnym samochodem - dojazd do centrum Warszawy publicznym transportem jest bardzo trudny." ~Filip

"Bardzo przytulny hotel z wygodnym łóżkiem. W łazience znajdują się ręczniki oraz płyn do kąpieli. W hotelu jest dostępny bezpłatny internet oraz parking. Zdecydowany plus za czystość w pokoju. Minus za to, że płyn do kąpieli jest chyba najtańszy z możliwych, a przez to nie nadający się do użytku, ręcznik był porwany, a metalowa półeczka na kosmetyki całkowicie pokryta rdzą. Myślę, że nawet w hotelu dwugwiazdkowym takie rzeczy nie powinny mieć miejsca. Ogólnie jednak bardzo dobry stosunek jakości do ceny." ~Wojtek
