"Pros: Balenbouche Estate really is a peaceful nature paradise. We stayed in Almond cottage (family of 4) and it was idyllic. A great space for the four of us. Private, but open to the sounds of nature - the perfect way to relax. Wandering around the grounds is a treat too - we went down to both of the local beaches, just to explore. So many beautiful trees and flowers - we were fortunate enough to have a tour from Uta, the owner, who has so much to offer in terms of her knowledge and insight. We had a car which made exploring the surrounding local area easy. The local village is walkable and you can buy delicious street food. We ate at Balenbouche Estate on our first night (order in advance) and it was delicious. If we went back to St Lucia, I would absolutely want to stay again. We are an animal loving family so enjoyed visits from the dogs and the cat! Highly recommend if you're looking for tranquillity and natural beauty. Cons: We were happy with everything!
