"Pros: Very nice location in quiet and nice neighborhood (esp bedrooms which are on the opposite side of the building from the street). Well equipped and good standard of equipment and furnitures, comfy beds. Parking just in front of the apartment in gated area. We had apartment of ground floor so you don’t need to carry luggage up the stairs. Very good contact with the hosts. Cons: We have come in the very hot weather reaching 36 degree. Would be great to have small air-conditioning for such weather. However the hosts brought over fans which helped us a lot." ~Agnieszka

"Pros: Very clean, modern and well furnished with nice features. Quite location on edge of Sroda. Athough there is construction opposite there was no activity whilst we stayed at the apartment. Simon was helpful in sorting out initial problems. Would stay there again when visiting relatives in Sroda. Cons: 1. Initial problem where Booking.com showed check in time of 12:00. Had the access code but was programmed for 4pm. Simon sent someone to let us in the property. 2. No instructions of how to operate / unlock the kitchen Induction Hob. Had to contact Simon again to resolve. Needs email or booklet of how to operate electronic facilities." ~Michael
