"Pros: Superb hospitality. Our first breakfast was a sumptuous Sri Lankan combo. I would have liked to go on safari with our host but we had made prior arrangements. He’s a most enthusiastic host. His passion for the local Yala National Park & its animals is evident. The guest house has a glorious view of sunrise & paddy fields. Birdlife a plenty. 100 yo mango tree is a playground for squirrels & birds. Cons: Nothing." ~Mae

"Pros: - Owners incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to make my time in SL enjoyable. In the lead up to my stay, they gave me advice on which buses to catch and even met me at the bus terminal to give me a lift home on arrival. When I was leaving, they also gave me a lift to the bus stop and waited with me for the bus to come, making sure the driver knew where I had to get off. - Room very spacious, clean and comfortable with a hot shower and good AC - Good location, a short walk to Tissa town - Good meals provided at reasonable prices - Sensational views across the rice fields - Nice and peaceful, with a chilled vibe" ~Katherine
