"Pros: Great location and surroundings. Close to Wilpattu National Park entrance. Friendly and helpful staff, from Priyashanth our guide, Harsha the manager, Nimsara and Piyumi the kitchen staff and Krishnan who looked after our room. Afternoon walking safari was very enjoyable and plenty of wildlife to be seen. Plunge pool was very convenient for a quick refreshing dip. The manager was very kind and drove us into town so we could purchase some beer and a motor scooter was also organised for our stay. Cons: Downside to the property was the food, it was very average for Sri Lankan standards. It would be nice to have a plate of fresh fruit included with breakfast, which we found was usually the norm in Sri Lanka. Also fresh fruit juice should also be included with breakfast. We did ask and were given fresh fruit juice - at no extra cost, thank you! Napkins should automatically be provided with each meal and fresh placemats with each meal would be welcomed." ~Ellen
