"Pros: Very nice place to stay in Unawatuna and super close to all the facilities. Still worth it to have a motorbike (if you know how to drive one) to explore the surroundings. The owners are super nice and always ready to help with anything you might need 🙏🏼 the property is located right on the side of the main road but you won’t hear a lot of noise during the night. Cons: If you travel to Sri Lanka during the end of the dry season of the beginning of the rainy season it could be a bit too hot to sleep with only a fan since there’s no AC in the room.
