"Pros: We stayed in grand floor apartment which was very spacious. There is always hot water and the fans are quiet which is helpful at night. The owner rents scooters at reasonable price, so that makes it so much better as otherwise the location is not ideal. Cons: There is a large kitchen where you could cook but there is no single piece of spice, even salt. Bathrooms have no soap at all, which is rare and feels greedy. Breakfast is very basic, not worth the price, worst we had in Sri Lanka." ~Karolina
