"Pros: We stayed 5 nights in Lavish Lodge and it was OK. The pictures show it in a better light than the reality though. The location is quite good being just outside the main town. The room was quite spacious and the bathroom OK but there is nowhere to put clothes so we lived out of our bags. Cons: The kitchenette is not really useable as there are too few utensils and what is there needs replacing or cleaning. Some of the items in the photos are no longer there. The ergonomic chair is now a ripped black chair and the unit next to the kitchenette is now on the balcony. There is no key to the door on the balcony and the views from the balcony are not great. The seats on the balcony need varnishing so they don't stain clothes when you sit on them. The whole place could do with a deep clean and a coat of paint and the photos need to be updated to reflect the reality. It is certainly not lavish.....!" ~Michael

"Pros: First and foremost, I would like to highlight how great of a host Niroshan is. He must be the most thoughtful and kind host I have ever stayed with as a guest. He went over and above to make sure everything worked well and even provided me with a proper screen to connect to my laptop so that I can work without staring into the tiny laptop display all day. The Nature Villa itself does full justice to its name. It is located in a quiet area at the end of a small road. There are all the amenities you need for staying long-term. The wifi is sufficiently strong and both the furniture in the living room and the bedrooms are comfortable. There is a lot of space for several people to stay here. I enjoyed the nights that I spent here very much and can definitely recommend it to other travelers as well." ~Tobias
