"Pros: I loved this homestay! It was super spacious, very clean and the family was just absolutely lovely! I unfortunately was a bit ill with the flu when I was there so I spent a few days in bed. So I’m glad it was comfortable to stay there. It’s super close to the beach which is beautiful! It also had some nice restaurants nearby. And the breakfast was simple but good. I do think you need to have a scooter if you would like to explore more of Tangalle. I did rent a scooter from the property and I have to say it was not the safest scooter I’ve had. If driving a bit fast, the whole bike started shaking and the breaks were not the best. However for my use it was okay. I would definitely stay here again if I ever go back to Tangalle. Cons: They use an extremely strong air freshener, which was not great as I am very sensitive to strong smells. Other than that it was superb." ~Alessandra

"Pros: Clean, tidy, comfortable bungalow in a pretty, quiet garden. Great location, close to two really nice beaches. Lots of restaurants close by. Hosts were very friendly and prepared tasty vegetarian breakfast for us. At this price point, we were a bit surprised to be charged extra for the bottles of water in the room - bit cheeky! 😉" ~Kevin
