"Pros: Definitely our best stay in Sri Lanka! Mahesh knows exactly how to make his guests happy. This amazing villa is centrally located to several beaches and restaurants. With its 2 spacious bedrooms and 2 modern bathrooms this villa is perfect to share or for families. Surrounded by a comfortable terrace with outside kitchen (how cool is that!) and amazing views over the tropical garden with many exotic plants. The breakfast is very tasteful and the villa spotless clean. Thanks again Mahesh, we really enjoyed our stay 🙏" ~Mascha

"Pros: This was cleanest room we have experienced so far in Sri Lanka. The owner and his son were wonderful, only too happy to help us. The room had a great balcony with furniture, good aircon, and was upstairs overlooking the road and well kept garden. Breakfast was an omelette, toast and jam, fruit, and tea and coffee. There is a shop selling water & snacks 2 minutes walk away. The accomodation doesn’t provide water or tea & coffee making facilities but we made that as a suggestion to them, so they may implement that? The beds were hard, so we also suggested they implement the use of mattress toppers? The owner is very open to suggestions on how to improve the property, and has plans to include a communal kitchen and laundry. There is a small beach only 5-10 mins walk down a shady track. The beach/cove is clean but the water is a little rough (as are all along the coast), but the swimming area is marked out for safety & the restaurant/bar staff keep an eye on where people are swimming and move people if they venture into less safe areas. If you have kids, you will need to watch them carefully. There are a number of cafes and restaurants along the beach which provide beach lounges. The beach sea breeze is cool & the water warm. For a budget friendly option, we would highly recommend this property. Cons: Bed mattress but we have suggested they put on mattress toppers. The beds may not be a problem younger people." ~Lynette

"Pros: Calm Garden lives up to its name. I had a good time in the bungalow, enjoying the garden. The atmosphere is calm and friendly as is the family who do everything they can to give you a good time. Breakfast is delicious and more than enough, string hoppers, fruit, tea, egg or if you have other wishes, that is also fine. 2 beautiful beaches within walking distance to choose from and especially Silent Beach is a hidden gem" ~Saarein
