"Pros: A relaxing stay at Blue Surf View – close to nature and full of charm We had a truly lovely stay at Blue Surf View. The location is perfect – just a few steps from Unakuruwa Beach and only a short walk from the stunning and peaceful Silent Beach, one of the most beautiful spots we visited in the area. Breakfast was a daily highlight, with fresh tropical fruits and delicious local flavors served with care. The atmosphere at the guesthouse is warm, quiet, and welcoming – ideal for relaxing or enjoying the nearby surf. One of the most memorable moments was watching a local climber effortlessly scale the palm trees right in the garden to bring down fresh coconuts, which we then tasted straight from the source. It was such a unique and authentic experience that we’ll never forget. Highly recommended for anyone looking to unwind, connect with nature, and enjoy the laid-back charm of southern Sri Lanka." ~Dimitris

"Pros: The location is incredible right on a small cove and beach. The chalets are beautifully furnished to a high standard and clean. The food in the restaurant is freshly cooked, reasonably priced and delicious. It’s not everyday you can watch surfers mastering the waves while eating breakfast on a restaurant balcony. A mention to for the staff…..Friendly and helpful. The manager Indy in particular went out of his way to help us. If you want a busy resort with nightlife don’t come here . It’s so peaceful and quiet it’s almost a shame to tell others about it. We hope to return again one day and would highly recommend this hotel to others. But shhh keep it quiet 🤫. Cons: Nothing. We came in the low season so expected some rain . However it was mainly sunny with a few showers in the morning." ~Andrew
