He is a licensed local guide. Along the road there are plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. I had a perfect 3 night stay in Sigiriya! Thank you very much!" ~Juri

"Pros: Good location, close enough to the restaurants/bars to be convenient but far enough away to be peaceful/quiet. Unique experience to stay in a treehouse, but expect basic amenities due to this. Breakfast was plentiful & tasty. Nice balcony to sit & relax on, especially when the rain got heavy! Host helped arrange transport & excursions for us. Cons: Check in wasn’t very clear, met by a family member that just handed us a phone to talk to someone else. Cockroaches living under the toilet that came out when it was dark & water leaking from the toilet. Could do with upgrading the fans as they were very old/noisy, which meant the room was very hot when getting changed etc. (Handy tip - put the fan inside the mosquito net at night for a cool nights sleep)." ~Ieuan

"Pros: Extremely friendly hosts, Shashanki and her family are super caring. Always asking if I need something. Breakfast and dinner was amazing! The room has a mosquito net and a fan. It's rather simple but clean. There is an outside sitting area which you can use. Can recommend staying here, I actually extended my stay and also would come back.
