"Pros: The staff was very proactive and helpful right away whenever we needed anything at all. Big shout out to the professional guys! The dinner we had was also very tasty especially the freshly made pumpkin soup. Big breakfast and fresh juices were also good. The guys even arranged a last minute driver for us when we were about to miss our train. Thanks a lot! The 7 star rating is solely for the hard working staff. Cons: The room was so-so. It was clean but we were missing hangers to put up clothes in the room. The view was poor as we were watching onto a neighbour roof which currently is a construction site. Room walls are very thin so heard the baby next door quite a bit. Biggest minus for us was the size. It was described as 38m2 but in reality came up to maybe 18m2. It had a second floor attic which was closed off and used as storage. The total room size might be 38 including the unused attic and the bathroom but the description is unfortunately misleading. Last but not least the hotel is right next to a big market and has constant truck traffic going about which doesn't really make for a peaceful stay." ~Fabian
