"Pros: This place was one of the comfiest we’ve had amongst our four weeks in Sri Lanka.
Ticked all of the boxes, was close to the beach, staff were SO nice and accommodating, big comfortable bed, spacious bathroom, little balcony area to sit & have breakfast. We had booked two nights but extended up staying longer because we liked it here so much. Wifi was also spectacular.
There’s even an avocado cafe connected to the hotel where all the staff are superb. Their menu is amazing too. They offered free water refills here which was a blessing. The breakfast we had cooked each morning by the owner was super and tasty. Her roti’s are the best!! 🤌🏽
Cons: Unfortunately they have some renovations going on at the moment (they are extending what looks like a really nice bar out the front of the hotel!) but it was a littttle bit noisy at 8:30 in the morning. But I’d imagine this is only gonna go on for a couple more weeks maybe. I would still recommend staying there!
We gave our laundry to the hotel which didn’t come back that clean or smelling nice 😔 a bit of a common problem in Sri Lanka mind you."
