"Pros: The facilities were outstanding — so much so that we decided to fully enjoy everything the hotel had to offer, from the beautiful pool to the incredibly clean and comfortable room. We also had dinner at the hotel, which was not only delicious but served in a calm and peaceful atmosphere, allowing us to truly relax and enjoy the surroundings. The breakfast was exceptional as well, with a wide variety of fresh and tasty options. But what truly set this experience apart was the kindness and generosity of the General Manager. We found ourselves in a difficult situation, unable to find transportation to Ella. He personally drove us there in his own car. This incredible gesture went far beyond anything we could have expected, and it's something we will never forget. He was incredibly kind, warm, and generous.
