"Pros: The staff were exceptional, especially Samasundara and we loved meeting & chatting with Lakshmi. They were flexible with our needs and understanding of late notice changes. Great location, just a short walk from Ella station and Ella town. There was a beautiful view from our room, and we felt relaxed immediately. The room was very clean. Cons: Whilst the location is fabulous, it might not be super accessible for those with mobility issues (very steep hill and driveway!)." ~Lauren

"Pros: Roof top pool for cooling off. Lovely rooftop bar restaurant with views and good bar food. Exceptional service from friendly staff. Great breakfast, select the day before and they serve it to you. Cons: The hill up is steep. Though that’s why there are great views. They do run a van service throughout the day." ~Christopher
