"Pros: Very friendly staff. Went out of their way to help. Large spacious room. Best view in all of Ella from their dining room on the top floor. Cons: Terribly uncomfortable chairs. Noisy neighborhood. For 2 nights there was loud Sri Lankan music till midnight For our 3rd night, no music but a strange knocking sound that went on through the night Narrow staircase to the upper floor. "Pros: Location of the property- near the city center, easily accessible, owner was accommodative and provided exceptional breakfast. Relatively newer property. Tuk tuk rental was cheaper than outside. Cons: Wifi was extremely slow. If you rely solely on WiFi, i wouldn’t recommend this." ~Satish
