"Pros: We had an amazing time at Mahesh’s family home. The home is very traditional and his family was very warm and welcoming. We stayed for 1 night and were able to cook dinner with his family. His parents showed us how to cook a curry and rice which tasted amazing. The home is located at the top of the hill with an incredible view over parts of Kandy. The rooms were well equipped and tidy. We can’t recommend this family enough for an incredible home stay experience. It was an amazing experience staying with a local family and we were able to learn so much about them and their culture." ~Sabrina

"Pros: Excellent staff Great breakfast Comfortable room Very close to Temple of the Tooth and Kandy Lake Cons: It is up a hill from the town and there a number of stairs to get to the accomodation but it's fine if you don't have any mobility restrictions" ~Karol
