"Pros: Fantastic place with an exceptionally friendly staff. I have stayed in many places in SriLanka and in Asia, in general - but this place is by the far the best place I have stayed in terms of rooms, atmosphere, price and owners. Delicious Breakfast. Very clean rooms and bathroom. I booked a room on ground floor, but the owner allowed me to use the balcony on the top floor. That was a great thing. If somebody need, you can book rooms and apartments with or without air conditioning if you wish, and you can also book rooms upstairs and downstairs.
