"Pros: Eco Lodge Haputale gave me my first ever camping experience—and I’m absolutely amazed! The view is truly breathtaking, and you’ll be surprised by how magical the sunrise looks from this spot. It’s something you really have to see for yourself. We slept in a tent, and while you can’t expect hotel-level facilities at a campsite, I was more than satisfied with everything provided. The setting was comfortable, peaceful, and perfect for a nature getaway. A big shoutout to Viraj, the owner, and his lovely family—they were incredibly helpful, kind, and made us feel right at home. Their hospitality made the whole experience even more memorable. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to anyone looking for a unique and serene camping experience in Sri Lanka.
