"Pros: Our Sri Lankan tour ended up in Anuradhapura and we couldn’t choose a better place to stay. We only spent one night but Bas and his family have been so welcoming and we didn’t want to leave. The room was really nice and spotless; for the first time we didn’t have to bother using the mosquito net as the window was perfectly closed and the bathroom door as well, so no mosquito could get inside. We had a good sleep, the mattress was very comfortable and the location was noise free. As we only had the afternoon to explore the old city Bas immediately made himself available with his tuk tuk, to show us some unmissable sights, despite our last minute request, at a very reasonable price. He is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, we learnt so much about history, culture and much more. He also drove us to pick up some food and dropped us at the train station in the early morning, we have really appreciated that. If you are in Anuradhapura do not hesitate booking here!" ~Christian
