"Pros: Very nice, well situated, friendly helpful staff. Good food. Super facilities for children. Cons: Real problems with booking. The booking engine did not work properly and could not handle a couple, plus a Mum with two children. Called the hotel, but no-one spoke English or French, so very limited communication. Tried via email using Google translate, but got no reply. If I had not been determined, I would have ended up elsewhere." ~Norman
