"Pros: The view, the location. The restaurant below was great. The apartment was well equipped with 2 great TV's. The construction work didn't bother me I used headphones when on the balcony. Cons: It took a while to get instructions on what would happen to check in, but eventually I was told it would be a key code. In the end I was met by 4 people as there was a problem with the toilet. It was fixed straight away but I wondered why it wasn't done before I arrived. The girl who is the contact Katy is lovely but seems to live quite far from the complex and seemed a little inexperienced. Everything I requested was sorted within a day. It would help to have instructions for the cooker, coffee machine and shower. The balcony is also one of the smaller ones but was still an adequate size. Even with the lift there are quite a few stairs so not suitable for those with mobility issues." ~Joanne
