"Cons: We arrived at dinner time with 2 toddlers, the entry keypad didn’t work and it took them almost an hour to arrive despite telling us 20 minutes (then 5 more minutes, 5 more minutes, etc). We then experienced an ant infestation, a flood from the upper bathroom into the kitchen, heat not working, then hot water not working. The hosts were reflective of a large company versus a small, personable owner. Despite this, the house was beautifully finished and in a great location." ~Jill
