"Pros: The best thing about this property is the terrace with fantastic view all the way till Gibraltar's Rock! We were there in the second half of November and were travelling to different towns every day, so we could enjoy the terrace less that we would have liked to. But we did make sure to have a free half day for grilling on the roof top terrace. The kitchen is well equipped.
The apartment is located in a perfectly maintained gated condominium with a swimming pool. I would love to live here :-)
As to geographical location, it was good for us, because we wanted to travel to Gibraltar, Ronda, Tarifa, Marbella and Estepona and all of those are within easy reach from Manilva. If our main purpose was beach, it would be a bit too far for that. From the coastal highway you have to drive up the hill for around 10 minutes, so there is no way you could stay there without a car.
Cons: The mattresses in the bedroom with single beds are less comfortable, but not too bad.
Getting in the garage is a bit tricky, you have to maneuver within centimiters between two walls in a curve."

"Pros: The villa had secure parking for 2 cars. Lovely views of the sea from the porch or pool.
Cons: Bbq area is on a lower level so cannot leave kids in pool whilst preparing bbq.
Pool had missing tiles which meant it had sharp edges. Quite a few of us ended up with cuts.
Villa seems to have been fitted with high quality building materials. However, it seems the owner hasn't bothered spending much money in fittings and towel hooks are self adhesive plastic hooks.
No instructions booklet left on property explaining how anything works. Even uncovering the pool was tricky.
Not much shade provided on the area next to porch where there are 4 sun beds."
