"Pros: Close to Estepona, 10min drive. Large apartment, 3 bedrooms. Easy and flexible key pickup. We rented it for our friends, who were coming over for my Birthday, we have an apartment of ourselves in Khios. Entry to the pool (not lockable). Fast repairs by the host. Shower hose was broken. Called on Saturday and was repaired the same day. It was fairly clean and sufficiently equipped. Cons: It was situated above the Garage, so if you are susceptible for sounds, especially when you sleep, you will hear every car come in or go out. One of the mirrors is almost broken/falling off apparently. Although the repair was done pretty fast, even on a Saturday, they didn't leave a note or call to tell us that, so my friends didn't know it was fixed, because we were out and the host has a key of their own. Because of that they thought they could only use one shower all those days. No plants on the terrace, just white stones, so pretty bare/boring, could use some die hard or fake plants even... And the rental fee is non-refundable, so once you rent it..." ~Boris
