"Pros: Spacious enough, comfortable apartment. Great having a washing machine (no dryer, but standing rack) and serviceable kitchen after being in small hotel rooms for 10 days prior. Bonus that they had coffee pods, spices, basic cleaning and laundry supplies! Good location, a few short blocks from the catedral. Cons: Right across from an elementary school, so there was some noise during the day (but quiet at night, when it matters)." ~Dan

"Pros: This apartment is absolutely beautiful. Immaculately decorated, spotlessly clean and extremely well serviced with everything you could possibly need from a home away from home. Especially appreciated the thoughtful gift of coffee pods, fresh water and melon left for our arrival. Fantastic array of amenities and cleaning/personal care products/kitchen and toilet rolls etc. There is also an iron, hairdryer, clothes dryer and vacuum if required. It is fresh and inviting space. I also appreciated the well maintained entrance, use of a lift if required and secure ground level entry. The location to main visitor attractions was perfect. Fantastic AC in lounge and free standing fan was a very welcome addition to a very hot September in Spain! Great communication from host who kept in touch regularly and made sure to deactivate the alarm system for our arrival. Cons: I really feel this apartment is let down by not having the addition of wifi as standard. As a female traveling alone with my young daughter, once I had ran out of travel data (no additional standard travel roaming due to brexit not including my provider) I was unable to send or receive any correspondence nor access the internet to request to buy more data, check in for flights/ arrange Covid travel tests etc. Thankfully I have family who live in Lorca and was able to access their wifi the following day but not ideal when your alone at night on your own with a child. I also found the neighbourhood to be very noisy into the early hours of the morning with people hanging around outside/talking/shouting etc. Possibly just bad luck and potentially not like this all year round though? The neighbours through the wall were also very vocal with young children shouting and tv noisy late into the night also. As mentioned by another traveller, there appears to be surveillance cameras in place in the lounge and bedroom as part of what looks like a very modern security system. I feel that this is an invasion of privacy and made me feel very uncomfortable. I covered the camera in the bedroom up for the duration of our stay as did not feel comfortable undressing/ sleeping etc with the possibility of someone watching! Unsure why this is in situ as seems like a violation and an unnecessary security measure. Something also to be aware of, if you are still in the apartment 1 minute past the checkout time of 11am, a very loud and noisy security alarm will activate, giving myself and daughter a huge fright. Thankfully we were in the process of leaving and were taking our luggage out at the time." ~Travelswithelle

"Pros: Great Communication and Lovely spacious apartment in a very good location. Beds were comfy nice hot shower for all 4 of us it didn't run cold. We washed and ironed all the facilities were great. The weather wasn't great while we were there and not all the radiators came on, they seemed to be intermittent but, i made the owner/agent aware who were both fantastic with communication and local foody recommendations. "Pros: Very good location. The staff is very helpful, friendly and effective. Cons: The contract signature is kind of auquard, all legal, but auquard. It doesn't have a shower, the access to the bath can be challenging depending on the person." ~Conchi
