"Pros: Good location and abundant free parking places. A pretty old house with a beautiful terrace and nice view. The house was clean and it had all we needed, including some COVID extra care. Leaving the keys was super easy (in a lock box). Cons: In winter it can get a bit cold (but there are 2 heaters!). It seems a very quiet place (we haven't even seen the neighbours), but the local dogs keep randomly barking at all time. We had a misunderstanding about the time arrival, but it was solved within an hour or two and drowned in a free bottle of local wine!" ~Rossana

"Pros: The house itself is nice, location and garden are great. Cons: The host was not very good and it wasn't very clean. The stairs are outside of the house, so in case you want to go to the kitchen from your bedroom, you have to leave the house, go outside and then enter it again, which is pretty annoying if you have only one pair of keys. We asked for a second pair and the host said she'll leave it in the key box and never did. She didn't respond to our check-out either." ~Saskia

"Pros: The host was very responsive and was able to accommodate us even though we made a last minute booking. The location is good for exploring all parts of the island. The house is suitable for 4-5 people (2 bedrooms with 2 beds each plus one extra folding bed). There is a wood stove in the living room, which we really appreciated during the cold nights. There is an outdoor covered kitchen with bbq and seating area. Cons: The internet connection and cell phone signal was spotty." ~Maria

"Pros: The owners are very friendly. They welcomed us personally, gave us a tour of the premises, and presents of wine, cheese, fruit, beer, quesadillas and home grown honey. The house itself is beautiful in a very nice, less visited location. It has a big garden and a huge bbq space. Furniture and furnishings are just perfect. In short, nothing is missing for you to spend a great time there. Cons: In such a traditional and unspoiled island and location and with the effort made by owners, it would be nice to have natural fiber bed covers instead of synthetics. Another point that would improve the experience even more is some real heating as in winter it gets quite cold and damp, depite the well functioning a/c units." ~Enrico
