"Pros: The staff was … EXCELLENT. The hotel is not really that spectacular, but the people working there made our vacation. They were always smiling, nice, attentive, always making you feel welcome. I loved it. And the food was extremely delicious. there were entertaining shows almost every night (we did not care for that in particular but maybe someone else does). Cons: Our room was left open by the cleaning lady while we were at the beach (you have to pull harder for it to be closed), and she did not replace the shampoo/shower gel for 2 days… so we had to ask the receptonist to give us some. also, I know it is not an Adult only hotel, but 90% of the guests were families with small kids. For us that was a bit annoying, but doable. The center of Ibiza is pretty far (40-50 min by bus), and the reception was not up to date with the changes of taxis and buses. The day we had to leave, most Taxis and buses were not circulating anymore so we had to hitchhike." ~Maddie
