"Pros: We read the previous reviews and decided to give it a GO. The location is good if planned a day to explore Getxo. Close to the beach, with many bars and restaurants nearby. Free parking during weekends. For weekdays, paid parking from 10am to 8pm. Cons: Strange feelings and hard to describe. In terms of facilities or protocols, the place has almost everything it supposes to have, and the host sent out messages at certain points when they supposed to. However, did they conclude a pleasant stay? No. A kitchen corner with coffee cups, but no coffee spoons; a sofa bed in the middle of the spare space and a duvet without cover; a TV with no remote control; When being asked where the remote was, message read but no response. These little details just made us feel that the room is not ready for our stay. Perhaps this was our first time to realize many drawbacks of 100% self-serviced B&B. We used to enjoy it quite much. Now we know that it only works well when being prepared with cares. Moreover, the place should be filtered as two people maximum, not ideal for three." ~Haifeng

"Pros: The location is wonderful! An old fishing village with real charm. It’s round the corner to a couple of traditional bars/ restaurants but at the same time super quiet. Metro to Bilbao and modern shops are 10 min walk as are the beach. You can access great walks/ runs up on the cliffs within 15 mins. The property has all you need. Rustic but well kitted out with mod cons. Cons: Honestly, nothing. It’s not ideal for those with mobility issues as there are steps, but that didn’t bother us." ~Alison

"Pros: High comfort. Essentials are included like coffee, oil, salt etc. The beach is very close to the appartment. A very nice quarter with cosy historical waterfront area and pintxo bars. Also shops with organic food are close by. Good connection to the center of Bilbao via Metro. The owner is alwas available for recommendations or services like reservation of taxi etc. Cons: It was perfect" ~Dominik
